Packaged Living, a bespoke build to rent operator and developer, are bringing forward proposals to redevelop Telecom House, 35 Holdenhurst Road. 

The proposals will provide 270 high-quality homes for rental, alongside shared amenity spaces such as lounges and landscaped roof terraces. The proposals also include a large co-working space, supporting local independent businesses and bringing vibrancy to Holdenhurst Road.  

 As part of the public consultation, Packaged Living is holding a public exhibition on Wednesday 18^th May, where you can view the plans, meet the project team, ask questions, and let us know what you think. 

The exhibition boards are available to view on this website in advance of the public exhibition.
